Product and pre-contract information
Before ordering, you will be shown the product's main characteristics, selected variant, quantity, price, applicable taxes, delivery charges, payment method, and available delivery information. You are responsible for checking this information and your delivery address before submitting the order.
Order process and contract formation
When you submit an order, you make an offer to buy the selected goods. We send an electronic acknowledgement. The sale is accepted when we expressly accept the order, confirm shipment, or otherwise communicate acceptance. We may refuse an order for a legitimate reason, including unavailability, payment failure, suspected fraud, obvious pricing error, or legal restriction. Any captured payment for a refused order will be refunded.
Prices
The total price payable is displayed before the final order button. Depending on your location and the fulfillment route, import duties, import VAT, or carrier charges may apply as explained in the Shipping Policy. We do not add undisclosed mandatory charges after checkout.
Payment
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Payment may be authorized or captured when the order is placed. You confirm that the payment details are accurate and that you are authorized to use the chosen method.
Availability
Products are offered subject to availability. If a product becomes unavailable after ordering, we will inform you and provide a refund or another lawful option. We may set reasonable purchase limits to prevent misuse or protect inventory.
Delivery
Delivery destinations, methods, charges, estimates, customs treatment, and procedures for delayed or damaged parcels are described in the Shipping Policy. For EU consumers, unless another time has been agreed, delivery will occur without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the contract is concluded.
Withdrawal, returns, and refunds
EU consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases, subject to statutory exceptions. Procedures, costs, refund timing, and faulty-item rights are described in the Refund and Return Policy.
Conformity and legal guarantee
Goods must conform to the contract. EU consumers have a minimum two-year legal guarantee for faulty or non-conforming goods. Depending on applicable law and circumstances, remedies may include repair, replacement, price reduction, or cancellation and reimbursement.
Complaints
Send complaints to lamartibusiness@gmail.com with your order number and relevant details. We will review the matter within a reasonable time. Your right to use any competent consumer-protection body or court remains unaffected.
Applicable law
Belgian law applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections under the law of their habitual residence. Jurisdiction is determined by applicable law.
