Eligibility and acceptable use
You must have legal capacity to enter into a contract or use the store with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian. You must not misuse the website, interfere with its security, introduce malicious code, scrape it unlawfully, impersonate another person, infringe intellectual-property rights, or use it for unlawful or fraudulent activity.
Product information
We aim to present products accurately. Colours and appearance may vary depending on screens, lighting, and production batches. Measurements may have reasonable manufacturing tolerances. Product information, availability, and pricing may be corrected where inaccurate. Nothing in this section permits us to supply goods that do not conform to the contract.
Orders
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt but does not necessarily mean acceptance. The contract is formed when we expressly accept the order, confirm shipment, or otherwise indicate acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order for legitimate reasons such as payment failure, suspected fraud, pricing error, legal restrictions, or unavailability. If payment was taken for a cancelled order, it will be refunded.
Prices and payment
Prices and the currency applicable to you are shown before checkout. Taxes, delivery charges, discounts, and any known additional charges are displayed before payment where applicable. You must provide accurate billing and payment information and be authorized to use the payment method.
Shipping, returns, and legal guarantee
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Cancellations, returns, refunds, and the legal guarantee are governed by our Refund and Return Policy. Those policies form part of these Terms.

The website, brand name, logos, graphics, photographs, videos, copy, and design are owned by or licensed to Little Roar and protected by applicable law. You may use the site for personal shopping purposes only. No content may be reproduced, distributed, sold, or commercially exploited without permission, except where law permits.
Third-party services and links
The store may use or link to services operated by third parties. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for unrelated third-party websites, but this does not limit responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, breach of mandatory consumer rights, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to those rules, Little Roar is not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or for business losses suffered by a consumer.
Changes and availability
We may update the website and these Terms prospectively. Changes do not remove rights already acquired under an existing order. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may suspend the store for maintenance, security, or operational reasons.
Law and disputes
